Ry Mittlestadt

Ry Mittlestadt has been a member of the Colorado Counseling Association since 2012 and has been part of the Legislative Committee since 2023.  He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Colorado where he has worked with children, teens, and adults.  Ry specializes in working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and worked for many years with a local non-profit organization helping those individuals.

Ry currently supervises pre-licensed professional counselors (LPCC’s) and teaches graduate counseling students as an affiliate faculty member.  He maintains a limited practice in the Broomfield area. Ry joined the Legislative Committee in 2023 to help give his students and supervisees a voice in the legislative process.
