The Colorado Counseling Association is currently engaged in the 2021 Colorado Legislative Session. Your membership empowers the CCA to advocate for professional counselors legislatively at State and Federal levels.
The CCA's legislative advocacy utilizes collaboration with other mental health professional associations, lobbyists, and VoterVoice in support of professional counselors in Colorado.
All legislative efforts are led by the CCA Executive Director, Dr. Ryan M. Burkhart. It is important that all legislative efforts are coordinated and collaborative. Please contact CCA if any legislative needs or questions arise.
