
Tonya Kron Student and Volunteer Liaison
Tonya obtained her LPC in December 2018 and her LAC in June 2019. She is currently the clinical lead/team supervisor for one of the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) teams with North Range Behavioral Health. She has been a part of the team since December 2016. Tonya graduated with her Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University and was a member of Chi Sigma Iota, previously serving as Alumni Committee Chair. In addition, Tonya has served as the Northern Region Liaison for CCA and is a Larimer County Juvenile Community Review Board board member.
In Tonya's current role as an MST therapist and clinical lead, she works for a community mental health organization and is aware of the everyday struggles facing the organization. Tonya works from a systemic lens and partners with other organizations and providers for the best, most complete care and continues to build awareness of area resources and supports available.
Education and training are on Tonya's priority list, and she has a background in teaching at the college level. She strives to attend conferences and training to remain up to date on current issues and tools within the field. Tonya recognizes the need for continued focus on the interstate compact agreement, insurance coverage/service access, and cultural inclusion and competence within the field.
