
Lisa Whalin Western Region Liaison
Lisa Whalin, LPC has been with Ariel Clinical Services since 2014 and is the Associate Clinical Director. She received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Adams State College in 1998. She is trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and has completed coursework to be and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. She has studied leadership and professional development.
Prior to joining Ariel Clinical Services, Lisa worked for the Mesa County Department of Human Services Child Welfare Division for 14 years. During her time at Ariel, Lisa has focused on building a Mental and Behavioral Health team to serve the needs of the community. When not at work, Lisa enjoys long walks, good books, a rich network of friends and hockey. #GoAvsGo
